MAIN FUNCTION:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related profession
  • 2-4 years’ related experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • Effective communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in with all levels of staff
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office package

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, Production Control, and Planning teams to ensure timely product readiness and a smooth daily shipping process.
  • Allocate shipments from PNY NJ and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses, and manage inventory transfers and repacks as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute Proforma Invoices while coordinating product flow from Contract Manufacturers to regional distribution centers.
  • Generate and distribute Proforma Invoices for international shipments.
  • Manage daily incoming receipts and allocate inventory to fulfill open and high-priority orders, overseeing the full order lifecycle.
  • Monitor and maintain the order backlog, providing timely updates to Customer Service and Sales, and reporting shortages for partially reserved sales orders.
  • Fulfill internal order requests, including those for Sales/Marketing accommodations, product prototypes, and evaluation units.
  • Act as a liaison across Planning, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to align on production schedules, material availability, and capacity planning.

COMPENSATION:

The base salary range for this position is $56,000 to $67,000; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
