Job Summary

Serving approximately 800 students in grades 6-12, OSA operates as an independent LEA under the El Dorado County Charter SELPA and embraces a full-inclusion model where students engage in both general education and arts courses.
We are seeking a full-time 1-on-1 Paraeducator to support the academic, artistic, and social-emotional development of a neurodiverse student. This position plays a critical role in helping students access the curriculum, develop executive functioning skills, and foster self-direction, while promoting inclusion and connection in the classroom community.
Reporting to the Director of Special Education, the 1-on-1 Paraeducator will collaborate closely with the student’s case manager, school psychologist, and teachers to provide consistent, individualized support aligned with the student’s IEP and educational goals.

Salary Info
The salary for this role is $23.47 to $37.18 per hour and is commensurate with experience, education and credentials. OSA offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.
