We are currently hiring a Healthcare Designer - Healthcare design in our Rochester, NY Healthcare Studio.

The selected candidates will work from Concepts Design through the Construction Administration phase for a variety of high-profile projects, particularly focused in Healthcare Architecture.

Duties

  • Assist in leading a production team with developing solutions to design and technical problems.
  • Assist the project manager to prepare client presentations and design concepts.
  • Prepare construction detail documentation the meets LaBella standards.
  • Assist in directing the work of the project team; foster a collaborative working relationship.
  • Prepare project specifications.
  • Communicate with client representatives to verify design requirements and specifications.
  • Responsible for technical resolution and coordination for a defined portion of a project.
  • Develop solutions to design problems.
  • Aspire to develop into a Project Manager.
  • Attend on-site visits, field reviews, project meetings. Provide follow up documentation for contractor implementation.
  • Review and coordinate shop drawing and product submittals.
  • Must communicate with all disciplines, vendors, and contractor to maintain project schedules.
  • Participate and help lead project team meetings, coordination, schedule adherence, and technical direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in Architecture preferred.
  • 5+ years in Architecture Experience.
  • Must be proficient in Revit.
  • licensure track preferred.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $78,000

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
