As our Lead CSR, you’ll play a vital role in both front desk operations and team leadership:
Create a warm, welcoming experience for clients on the phone and in person
Manage appointment scheduling, medical records, and payment processing
Guide and mentor our CSR team through huddles, feedback, and one-on-one support
Assist with onboarding and training new team members
Oversee schedules, PTO, and front desk workflows
Handle minor service or billing concerns with confidence and care
Partner with hospital leadership to maintain policies and boost efficiency
Keep calm and stay solution-focused in a fast-paced veterinary setting
Have 2+ years of veterinary client service experience (leadership or supervisor experience is a plus!)
Are an upbeat communicator who can turn challenges into solutions
Lead with empathy, professionalism, and a positive outlook
Thrive in a structured, high-energy environment
Love coaching others and creating client experiences that shine
