📄 JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the Marketing Operations team, reporting to the B2C Support Manager, your main missions will be to merchandise our platform(s) and support growth in your B2C region
You will be responsible for a specific B2C country/region
🎯 TASKS
B2C performance: You own the follow-up of the B2C performance of your region and set up relevant actions to support growth on your platform(s)
Monitor (daily) B2C and B2B performance on your platform(s)
Set up action plans in collaboration with other teams (CRM, Trade, Project) to act (pro-active and reactive) following trends and support growth
Identify strategic levers to further improve the performance of your platform(s)
Lead strategic projects for your region(s) e.g. High Returner, Loyalty follow-up, etc. by collaborating with all key stakeholders
Merchandising of our platform(s): You deliver an attractive and optimised merchandising of the offer on your platform(s) in line with strategic Group objectives
Manage the daily merchandising of homepage & tabs by working closely with marketing, planning and sourcing teams to ensure the best traffic allocation across businesses, strategic accounts and marketing operations
Lock banners
Ensure daily planning across businesses is optimised and doesn’t create issues on our homepage (e.g. too many media banners on a day where we have a strategic Flash sale opening) + challenge planning if necessary (BP HP highlight, Travel, etc.)
Own the hiding process (daily hiding check, communication & execution as well as monthly reporting and follow-up)
Manage an intern dedicated to your region(s): ensure onboarding and training on merchandising scope, divide/assign merchandising tasks and follow up on the correct execution
Improve member experience: You collaborate with multiple teams (Growth, Data science, UX, the Agency, CRM) to improve homepage (& tab) performance and enhance member experience
Express improvement needs for tools, processes, and features on the homepage/tabs (A/B testing, benchmarking)
Identify and arbitrate the best merchandising adjustments and mechanisms to support marketing activations (commercial events, MGM, editorial, etc.)
Share business objectives with UX and data teams to improve the personalisation algorithm
Daily quality & performance check: You perform daily checks to ensure everything is functioning properly on your platform(s) and performance is in line with expectations
Be the point of contact for issues/questions/improvement opportunities for your B2C
Data expertise: You use data to steer actions to improve business performance (B2B & B2C)and merchandising
Track full funnel performance and web behaviour analytics (Mixpanel) in order to enhance business & platform performance
Track HP & tab performance through KPIs such as UV, sales entry rate, UDSV, share of voice per business, etc. in order to assess merchandising performance and steer action plans
Collaborate with marketing data & insights, marketing excellence, Data teams to develop and improve relevant marketing reports and dashboards
Collaboration with other teams: You collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders for your region
Collaborate closely with your marketing colleagues to optimise the platform & performance (implement actions plans)
Collaborate closely & coach an operational B2C merchandising colleague
Collaborate with key local stakeholders (sourcing, Excos, etc.)
Act as the spokesperson for your B2C region within the company
Proficiency in computer tools, mainly Microsoft Office Suite & G Suite
Master in Veepee tools (Mixpanel, Microstrategy, Neolane, etc.)
Professional fluency in English (spoken & written)
