We’re seeking a detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to help plan and execute digital content for our QSR client's in-restaurant channels, including kiosks and digital menu boards . This role is key to ensuring content is delivered on time, aligned with marketing priorities, and executed with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain content calendars for kiosk and DMB experiences, ensuring alignment with marketing and test calendars.
- Coordinate with Brand, Creative, Product, and Marketing Ops teams to support go-to-market plans for new product launches and tests.
- Track, organize, and manage creative asset needs for in-restaurant experiences, including briefing and review processes.
- Support project management of creative workflows to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of assets.
- Partner with external vendors to manage timelines and deliverables.
- Update and maintain visual planning tools (e.g., Figma) with current schematics and roadmaps for upcoming content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in creative project coordination, content planning, or digital marketing (Quick Service Restaurant industry experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of creative development processes and digital content production.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
