Pay: $23 - $30/hr plus bonuses and spiffs

  • Sullivan Super Service Warehouse Associate Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving Goods: Warehouse assistants are responsible for receiving products and materials into the warehouse. This includes checking the quantities and conditions of incoming shipments to ensure they match the order specifications and pick slip information.
  • Inventory Management: Warehouse assistants manage inventory levels by keeping track of stock, conducting regular inventory checks, and ensuring that items are stored in their designated locations. This helps prevent stock shortages and overstocking.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety: Keeping the warehouse area clean and organized is essential. Warehouse assistants must adhere to safety regulations to create a safe working environment.
  • Data Entry: Warehouse assistants will be required to enter data into inventory management systems (Service Titan) to keep stock records up to date, which is crucial for efficient warehouse operations during the absence of the manager. Also, invoice entry will be required when the manager is out of the office.
  • Fleet Management: Warehouse assistants check vehicle inspections, oil changes, damage and cleanliness/organization & gas card management. All issues brought to the manager’s attention so he can address immediately with department manager/supervisor.
  • Deliveries: Warehouse assistants will act as drivers making deliveries to installers/techs on job sites.
