Your every day work routine

• Independent takeover of various ruby on rails projects
• Development of web applications that are oriented towards Lanes&Planes customer requirements
• Programming and testing of new and existing Ruby on Rails applications
• Working in an agile development team (working in direction to Kanban)
• Ensure that the code quality throughout the team remains at a high standard
  
  

Your profile

• Your way to build your skills is secondary; what counts is your talent and your continuous self-improvement
• You have several years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) and have already gained varied project experience, preferably in Start-Ups
• You worked at least for 4 years as a senior with Ruby on Rails
• You have expert knowledge with Ruby on Rails, this is an absolut must-have
• You bring a strong knowledge of tools such as GitHub
• You want to move to Germany and work as a permanent employment or you want to work as a freelancer in a Time Zone between GMT-5 and GMT+3

• we would ask you to solve a test project and show us some Ruby code you really are proud of - unfortunately we won´t have the time to screen your code together with you, if it´s private, just solve the test project
• 30 min Video Call with the Hiring Manager (Senior Ruby on Rails Developer)
• 60 min Video Call with the Hiring Manager (Senior Ruby on Rails Developer) & 30 min Video Call with the CTO
