Junior Developer) Type: Full-time / Freelance both positions are open Location: Remote Pay: Competitive and aligned with market standards (details will be discussed during the interview) Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a skilled developer with a strong product development background, and someone with experience in rapidly developing new products, either as a freelancer or within an agency setting. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about building something new from scratch, adept at researching and experimenting, and eager to dive into new technologies and methodologies. At Drool, you’ll join a team that turns fresh ideas into reality every day, pushing the limits of tech. The ideal candidate has experience working in freelance or agency settings, enjoys a collaborative yet fast-paced environment, and is comfortable with research, testing, and rapid prototyping. With a keen understanding of both development and client engagement, You’ll work closely with our US clients, helping them turn their visions into innovative products. Preferred Qualifications: -Experience working on SaaS platforms, MVPs, or custom product development for US-based clients -Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker -Knowledge of microservices architecture, and DevOps practices -A background in managing client relationships and handling multiple projects simultaneously Technical Skills: -Frontend Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks like React or Vue. -Backend Basics: Introductory knowledge of Node.js or Python, and basic REST API interaction. -Databases: Familiarity with SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL); knowledge of MongoDB is a plus. -Version Control: Understanding of Git/GitHub for basic collaboration. -Responsive Design: Ability to create mobile-friendly layouts; exposure to Figma or Adobe XD for design interpretation. We're looking for someone resourceful and eager to learn and implement new things creatively every day—expertise in everything isn't required, but the ability to find innovative solutions and build new ideas is essential.
