Rapid Global Growth (RGG), the innovative force powering successful e-commerce brands like Puffy, is seeking an exceptional Brand Manager to join our marketing team in Dubai. As a Brand Manager at Puffy, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing how America sleeps, leading our brand strategy from one of the world's most dynamic cities. In this pivotal role, you'll craft compelling narratives and innovative campaigns that resonate with US consumers while leveraging data-driven insights to stay ahead of market trends. As a key member of our global marketing team, you'll shape the brand story of our rapidly growing company, transforming the US sleep tech industry through innovative branding and storytelling. This strategic role reports directly to our Director of Marketing at our Dubai office.

What You Will Do:


  • Brand Strategy Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Puffy's mission while driving growth in the US sleep market.
  • Campaign Management: Create and execute innovative brand campaigns that establish a distinct brand position for Puffy in the US mattress industry.
  • Market Intelligence & Insights: Conduct thorough research to understand US audiences, their preferences, and emotional triggers. Transform these insights into compelling brand messages.
  • Product Narrative Development: Brand Puffy products and their specific elements to ensure high recall and differentiation in the market.
  • Brand Creation: Collaborate with marketing, creative, social media, and e-commerce teams to develop engaging content across all channels.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of brand campaigns, establishing clear KPIs and optimizing strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Digital Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand expression at every customer touchpoint.


Required skills/experience:


  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for marketing strategy development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and innovation in marketing approaches and campaign management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the US market with an ability to integrate consumer insights into brand strategies.
