What You’ll Do

• Strategize and Innovate: Partner with our CEO to explore AI business models, create strategic development roadmaps, and shape our unique AI offerings.
• Lead AI Integration: Architect, develop, and embed cutting-edge AI capabilities into our existing mobile apps, driving value and user engagement.
• Collaborate and Represent: Engage in strategic meetings with funding and development partners, shaping and communicating our AI vision.
• Mentor and Guide: Lead, coach, and inspire our model trainers, setting standards for quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• AI/ML Expertise: Extensive experience with NLP, machine learning model deployment, and real-world application of AI, with a specific focus on Federated Learning models and deploying models on mobile applications.
• Federated Learning Knowledge: Proficiency in building and managing federated learning systems, particularly with Flower.ai and PyTorch.
• Global AI Privacy Knowledge: Familiarity with and commitment to upholding global AI privacy standards, including the OECD AI Principles, EU AI Act, and California AB-2013.

• Strategic Vision: Ability to assess the viability of new features, considering user needs and the fast-evolving AI landscape.
• Ethics and Observability: Experience with model observability, tracking, and ethical challenges in AI development, especially in sensitive areas like mental health.
• Communication Skills: Strong presentation and collaboration skills for system designs, architectures, and outcomes.

Technical Skills

• AI/ML & NLP Proficiency: Proven experience with NLP models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Federated Learning Implementation: Familiarity with the Flower.ai framework and PyTorch for federated learning deployment.
• Cloud & Database: Strong experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda) and MySQL database management, ensuring scalable, secure AI/ML deployments.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries. Experience with backend languages like Node.js or Java is beneficial for API development.
• Mobile Development Knowledge: Familiarity with mobile platforms (Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android) is a plus, as it helps streamline AI feature integration within our app infrastructure.
