Position Description
Base pay is influenced by several factors including a candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and anticipated contributions to meet the needs of the business, along with internal pay equity and external market driven rates. The salary range displayed has not been adjusted for geographical location. Primary responsibility includes software development and testing for FEP claims as well as FEP Enrollment processing platforms. Functional knowledge of health insurance concepts including member eligibility, claims processing and provider demographic data. Represents team in advisory and decision-making capacity while participating in corporate projects. Serves in a consulting capacity to gather and assist in documenting business requirements. Provides technical input into solution architecture on small to large size projects. Provides guidance to business analysts who will be responsible for additional requirement and/or solution documentation. Must support departmental operational processes including on call rotation, production support activities and incident/management procedures.
