Floindex Ventures LLP is looking for a Software Engineer to join our new team working on a stealth product. You will work with US return tech founders to help advise a comprehensive product strategy from product conception and definition through end-of-life. We are now profitable and happily bootstrapped. As one of the earliest hires in the new Engineering team, the role will have a tremendous impact on the design and development of the product and the team. This role will function as a central resource with design, development, quality, and testing of the product suite.Responsibilities - Develop and maintain user interfaces for web applications - full stack.
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate Front-End components with server-side logic.
- Collaborate with product, business, design, and other engineering members to drive end-to-end solutions.
- Be driven, self-managed, and comfortable with ownership of the development.
Requirements - Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Familiarity with database internals data governance, and/or payment systems is a huge plus.
- Understanding of version control systems (e. g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience with cloud technologies, e. g. AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent person to hang full work day and work with -MUST HAVE.
- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, Next.js, Typescript, HTML, and CSS - Must Have.
- Excellent Comfort in Python, NodeJs, Go -Must Have.
- 0-3 years of industry experience designing, building, and supporting iterative development.
- In case of limited experience - we will truly value your side projects and Git.
