We are looking for a Partner Solution Engineer to join our global team in the United States. As F-Secure's Partner Solution Engineer, you will work closely with our Partners, acting as an integral part of our Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for technical expertise and SDK support for our Partners developing cybersecurity solutions and mobile applications in the United States. You will also contribute to the overall technical solution and ensure its alignment with the Partner's existing infrastructure and our R&D standards.

This position will have an approximate salary of 100k to 140k annually based on your experience. While we are a global company with hybrid work practices, we prefer our candidate for this position to reside in the East Coast, US.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SDK developer support, particularly during the integration phase, for Partners and Solution Architects.
• Lead technical conversations between F-Secure and Partner Developers and be the main point of contact for Partner Developers.
• Answer Partner Developer questions by providing guidance. Collaborate with Partner, R&D and 3rd Parties in their development to ensure smooth developer experience.
• Fix issues and troubleshoot with Partners, R&D and 3rd parties. Lead investigations with Customer Care.
• Collaborate with R&D to gain knowledge. Implement and facilitate a feedback loop from Partners to R&D to improve SDK documentation and functionality.
• Understand technical architecture design and integration with Partner's infrastructure and support the Solution Architect on the Scope of Work.
• Drive Partner projects towards optimal implementation through collaboration, continued communication and getting solutions working.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Prior experience in customer-facing co-operation in technical integrations, design, implementation and testing.
• Extensive experience of software development in product companies, and Agile development practises (around 8 years would be preferred).
• Understanding of SDK and API implementations and complex technical architectures. Broad knowledge of Android or iOS development, ideally both. Familiarity with backend technologies and working competence in API integration.
• The ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including partners, developers, and management. We hope that you truly enjoy working with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their success.
• You have an ambition to develop yourself and become a valued full-stack contributor, and to solve design and implementation challenges over various technologies and large systems.
• You enjoy working with multiple teams across functional boundaries and building relationships across different functions and with Partners.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of cybersecurity.
