Key Responsibilities:
- Handle escalations from the helpdesk, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution.
- Troubleshoot and configure network and infrastructure issues for our clients, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Switches and Routers
- Storage Area Networks (SANs) and Local Area Networks (LANs)
- Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
- Windows Operating Systems
- VMware & vSphere servers
- VOIP phone systems
