Client: Edward Jones
Contract: 5Months(Hard start date of 9/25/2024 and will wind down 1/17/2025)
Training Timings:8AM to 5PM(CST)

- Required Qualifications**
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Edge, Windows Explorer, SharePoint, and internal software.
- Ability to quickly learn new information.
- Strong service resolution skills.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Comfort with handling high-volume phone calls using a headset and cue system.
- Preferred Qualifications**
- Service/call center experience with a strong service focus is preferred.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft and Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) is desirable. Experience with call management tracking systems and multiple vendor sites is also beneficial.
- Previous call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Benefits experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong written communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred but not essential.
