The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a talented UX/UI Developer to join our team at CACI, supporting a critical web-based system managing personal property shipments.
In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the user experience and interface of our program. Your expertise in creating intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing user interfaces will directly impact the effectiveness of this essential system used by service members and their families during relocations.
Join us in streamlining and modernizing these efforts, ensuring a smooth transition for our nation's military personnel as they serve.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers and developers
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and user needs
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes
- Implement responsive and accessible front-end code using modern web technologies
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Ensure designs maintain or achieve 508 compliance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active secret clearance
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI/UX work
- Leadership experience
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field

The proposed salary range for this position is:
