Cosmo is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager: New Products to help bring new connected hardware products to market. In this role, you will lead cross-functional program execution for complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives that span software, hardware, manufacturing, and business operations.
You will own the end-to-end program timeline for new product introductions, ensuring teams across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations are aligned and prepared for successful launches. Working closely with engineering and hardware program managers, you will coordinate dependencies, manage risks, and drive clarity across teams so that products are delivered on time and with high quality.
This role is ideal for a Technical Program Manager with hands-on experience delivering complex hardware and software products through full product lifecycles, from early development through manufacturing ramp and market launch. You are comfortable working across global teams and partners, navigating ambiguity, and driving execution in scrappy, fast-moving environments with tight timelines.
* During peak development and manufacturing phases, this may include virtual calls with our China-based partners, typically held around 9:00 p.m. EST. These periods generally occur approximately 4 months per year, with calls 2–3 times per week during peak moments. Our goal is to reduce this cadence to once per week through strong program planning, clear documentation, and effective cross-functional coordination.
