Flagstone Roofing & Exteriors is expanding in Austin and we need a Trailblazer who can hit the ground running. We don't want people who need a "job." We want people who want a career where their income is tied directly to their personal effort. This is a high-reward role for someone who takes ownership of their life and their results.

THE WORK 

As our sales specialist, you are the driver of our growth.

  1. Prospecting: You will find your own leads through canvassing and networking.
  2. Evaluating: You will perform roof inspections to assess storm damage.
  3. Consulting: You will walk homeowners through the restoration process.
  4. Closing: You will secure the contract and pass the project to our production team.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a "no-excuses" attitude.
  • You are a fast learner who thrives under pressure.
  • You want a flexible schedule but have the discipline to work hard.
  • You have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.

THE EARNINGS 

$10,000 – $25,000+ per month in performance-based commission. This is a 1099 role designed for the top 1% of sales pros.
