Why RoboForce

RoboForce is an AI robotics company building Physical AI and Robo-Labor system for dull, dirty, and dangerous work. Our flagship robot, TITAN, is a super humanoid robot designed for industrial environments. We are based in Milpitas, CA.

We are seeking an elite Creative Producer to lead the creation of visually stunning, high-impact videos that set a new industry standard for excellence. This role is expected to work onsite in Milpitas office (or hybrid), with travel for shoots as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Video & Photography: Lead end-to-end production—concept, scripting, storyboarding, filming, shooting, editing, and post-production—for both video and photo content.
• Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling content for product launches, interviews, social media, and live/virtual events.
• Marketing & Design Support: Collaborate with marketing to create cross-channel assets (web, social, presentations, campaigns).
• Onsite & On-location Shoots: Capture real-world robotics footage at our HQ, customer sites, and industry events.
• Creative Direction: Work with leadership and engineering to translate complex technology into accessible, inspiring stories.
• Vendor/Agency Management: Build and manage a network of freelance videographers, editors, and creative partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film/Media, Communications, Design, or related field.
• 4–6+ years producing professional video content (hardware, robotics, automotive, or tech preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, cinematography, editing, and brand-level creative.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and professional camera systems.
• Experience creating content across social media, product demos, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of color grading, motion graphics, and post-production techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup, juggling multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Willingness to work onsite in Milpitas, with travel for shoots as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CGI, 3D visualization, or product rendering.
• Familiarity with robotics or advanced technology storytelling.
• Track record of managing budgets, freelancers, and cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of social media video trends and engagement strategies.
