Sachbearbeiter Entgeltabrechnung (m/w/d)

 

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Betreuung der zugewiesenen Mitarbeiter vom Beginn der Beschäftigung bis zum Austritt
  • Eingabe und Pflege der Mitarbeiter-Stammdaten in SAP, SV-rechtliche Beurteilung verschiedener Personengruppen, Anlegen der Personalakten
  • Termingerechte Bearbeitung aller im Zusammenhang mit der Entgeltabrechnung anfallenden Aufgaben
  • Beratung und Erteilung von Auskünften gegenüber Mitarbeitern, Krankenkassen, Arbeitsagenturen, Finanzämtern etc. sowie erstellen von Bescheinigungen
  • Abrechnung von Firmenwagen
  • Bearbeiten von Altersversorgungsansprüchen
  • Erstellen von Statistiken und Reports; Auswertungen für Erhebungen

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Kenntnis in Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse
  • gute Englisch- sowie gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit
