Requirements

• Proven experience as a front office administrator or receptionist in a dental or medical office setting.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and insurance procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
