The Senior Go-to-Market Marketing Manager is accountable for leading the development and execution of integrated go-to-market (GTM) campaigns for Coinstar’s key product and seasonal initiatives. This role serves as the central connector between Product, Sales, Retail, Customer Experience (CX) and Marketing to ensure launches are strategically aligned, flawlessly executed, and measurable across all channels. The Senior Go-to-Market Manager owns the operational playbooks for product launches and campaigns, enabling consistency and continuous improvement for future initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Campaign Development
- Develop and execute GTM plans for major launches (general purpose reloadable (GPR), Crypto, and Retail Remote Transfer (RRT)) and seasonal campaigns.
- Build campaign calendars, milestones, and workflows to ensure delivery against launch goals.
- Drive message consistency across paid, owned, earned, and retail channels.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as the project lead for launches, coordinating across Product, CX, Retail, Sales, and agencies.
- Build GTM toolkits (FAQs, sales decks, retailer one-sheets, consumer-facing materials).
- Serve as the day-to-day GTM contact point for internal teams and retail partners.
Execution and Enablement
- Manage campaign deliverables, approvals, and retailer submissions for signage, co-branded creative, and in-store activations.
- Partner with Paid Media, Lifecycle, and Brand to ensure launch messaging flows through all channels.
- Ensure retailer campaigns and point-of-sale (POS) materials are delivered on time and aligned with launch messaging.
Measurement and Optimization
- Track GTM KPIs including awareness, conversion, adoption, and usage lift.
- Partner with Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics to measure campaign performance and identify lessons learned.
- Build playbooks and templates to improve efficiency and consistency for future launches.
Leadership and Influence
- Serve as a senior-level campaign manager with accountability for launch success.
- Mentor the Marketing Ops Specialist in executional support and campaign setup.
- Act as a trusted partner to the Director of GTM & Marketing Ops, providing insights and execution expertise.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in GTM, product marketing, or campaign management.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-channel product launches in fintech, financial services, or retail environments.
- Strong experience developing toolkits, enablement materials, and campaign playbooks.
- Direct collaboration with Product, Sales, Retail, and CX teams required; experience with agencies strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Deep knowledge of GTM frameworks and best practices for product launches.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including retail activations.
- Proficiency in project management and campaign workflow coordination.
- Comfort with BI tools and reporting dashboards to track KPIs.
- Skilled at building messaging for multiple audiences (internal, partners, end-consumers).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple launches under tight deadlines.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across internal teams including; Product, Sales, HR, and CX to maintain alignment.
Location & Travel Expectations
- This role can be based from our Bellevue, WA (Seattle area) office or remote, with regular collaboration across Coinstar’s national retail partners.
- Minimal travel required; occasional travel for team engagement and retail or partner meetings as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The typical starting salary range for this position is between $113,892 -$140,000 per year. Coinstar utilizes geographically based pay ranges, within the United States, which allows us to pay competitively and consistently based on location. Within the range for the applicable geographic area, individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share the salary range specific to your location. Employees in this position have the potential to increase their base salary up to $170,837 per year, which is the max end of the range, based on ongoing demonstrated and continuous performance in the role. Short-Term and Long-Term bonus incentives are a part of the total compensation package and are based on Company and Individual performance.
