JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a key team member supporting last-time buys, spot buys, and supply resiliency buffer purchase order issuance and tracking, particularly within semiconductor and connector procurement categories.

• Support two Category Managers by processing and coordinating purchasing requests within the RISM category space.

• Assist the Senior Manager with workload management, reporting, and staff meeting coordination.

• Maintain timely and accurate records and drive process improvements within the Salesforce environment.

• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports in close collaboration with Business Resources.

• Provide operational support to Tier 1 category buyers to address urgent and time-sensitive requests.

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 10+ years of experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred in electrical engineering, supply chain, or a related engineering discipline.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.

• Execution-focused, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Highly agile and adaptable, capable of managing multiple tasks while supporting and prioritizing requests from multiple leaders.

• Experience with Salesforce, including the ability to create reports and dashboards and drive system enhancements.

• Experience within the electronics industry, particularly in semiconductors and/or connectors (electronics and/or subcomponents).

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to effectively summarize, synthesize, and present information to diverse audiences.

• Collaborative team player with a proactive and supportive approach.

(Desired)

• Knowledge of the relevant industry and market landscape.

• Professional supply chain certifications such as APICS and/or ISM.

• Experience with electronics distributors and/or an electrical background.
