The account manager role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing outstanding support to our clients. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads.
• Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to generate new business.
• Provide product information, price quotes, and order status updates to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred, not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
