The RoleAn excellent opportunity has arisen in our international team. We are seeking an individual, ideally with experience of handling claims but experience within a customer service environment will be considered.The role will involve working within a well-established team, dealing with accident & health claims and managing European losses from first notification of loss through to settlement. The claims will be of varying value and complexity, and we’ll provide you with the training and tools that you need to help develop your skills and knowledge.We’re looking for an individual who is able to demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills, combined with the ability to impart information and maintain accurate data. Proven skills in developing and maintaining close working relationships, both internally and externally is essential.Many of our colleagues now benefit from working flexibly between the office and home, which helps support a healthy work/life balance.
