About the Role
This role exists to manage inbound opportunities and support pipeline progression.
You will qualify incoming leads, conduct discovery calls and demos, follow up consistently, maintain CRM accuracy, and support marketing and social engagement initiatives.
This is not a passive admin role.
We are looking for someone who can:
• Handle sales conversations confidently
• Manage inbound pipeline independently
• Balance sales execution with marketing coordination
• Maintain strong CRM hygiene
You are responsible for moving opportunities forward.
What You’ll Do
Inbound Sales & Qualification
• Manage incoming inquiries and inbound email conversations
• Conduct consultative discovery calls
• Schedule and run sales demos
• Follow up consistently after demos
Pipeline & CRM Management
• Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene (Zoho or similar)
• Track deal stages and next steps
• Support revenue forecasting through clean data
Marketing & Growth Support
• Support LinkedIn and social engagement efforts
• Assist with blogs, podcasts, and content execution
• Prepare marketing materials
• Support event discovery, registration, and preparation
• Manage authorized brand vendor applications
• Research and analyze brands and companies
What You Bring
Required Experience
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• 1 to 3+ years of experience in inbound sales or sales-related roles
• 1 to 3+ years of experience conducting sales demos
• 1 to 3+ years of CRM management experience (Zoho or similar)
• Strong phone presence and articulation
• Ability to manage pipeline and follow-ups independently
• Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
Compensation Structure
Base: $1,500/month
$1,500 if at least 1 deal is closed
$1,000 if no deal is closed
Commission: $150 per deal (uncapped)
OTE: Up to $36,000 annually
Performance review every 3 months.

Requirements
- Professional and quiet remote work setup (PC) with reliable high-speed internet.
- Strong Zoom presence and polished communication skills.
- Ability to balance client interactions with administrative responsibilities.
- Submission of an introductory video is required as part of the hiring process.
