Responsibilities

• Engage with German-speaking clients to assess their needs and recommend tailored B2B cloud solutions
• Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and explain the benefits of our services
• Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to closing deals
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues effectively
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service and product delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to better serve clients

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on exceptional customer service
• Experience in B2B sales and familiarity with a customer-facing role is preferred
• Proficient problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for sales
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn about cloud solutions
• Willingness to relocate within Poland as part of the employment package
