About The Role

Shopify’s looking for recruiters across North American time zones, EMEA and APAC.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • You’re a full-cycle recruiter. You can handle every part of the TA stack from sourcing to interviewing to coordinating to closing.
  • You care about the craft of talent acquisition and you’re passionate about continuing to make it relevant in this era of technological change.
  • You can execute quickly on a high number of reqs, without sacrificing quality.
  • You’re incredibly curious. We interview deep at Shopify. We think a person’s past predicts their future and we rely on our recruiters to truly understand a candidate’s suitability for the company, not just a role.
  • You might have a specialisation, but you’re also happy to recruit for any role.
  • You’ve worked for a fast-scaling, technology company before.
  • You’ve got at least six years’ experience as a full cycle recruiter and are intensely happy being an individual contributor. (People managers or strategic program managers are not what we’re looking for right now.)
