(Shifts available: Mon: 2-5, Tues: 9:35-11, Wed and Thurs: Multiple shifts all day, Fri: 9-11) Applicants must be available for multiple shifts.

Department:  Print and Mail Center

Reports to:  Director of the Print and Mail Center

Job Summary:  Help in the process of sending, receiving, and distributing mail on campus.

Summary of Essential Job Functions: 

  • Pick up mail from post office
  • Sort mail received on campus
  • Distribute mail around campus
  • Assist in preparation of outgoing mail and mailings
  • Perform other duties as required

Abilities Required: 

  • Follow one or two step instructions and complete routine repetitive tasks
  • Work well with others
  • Lift mail and boxes, up to 50 lbs.
