Job Description
You will be assisting the HQ Operations team with project administration, data analysis, meeting coordination, safety reporting, procurement support, and document control.
Responsibilities
Administer projects, including data collection, collation, analysis, and presentation of findings
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and generate outcomes and proposals in PowerPoint
Support the safety team and collaborate with sites to prepare reports on internal audits, safety findings, and HQ procurement exercises
Assist in gathering quotes and requirements, and coordinate Proof of Concepts/trials for relevant projects
Fine-tune operation manuals and upkeep guidebooks after approval
Support document control and compliance-related tasks
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business, Facilities Management, or any other related disciplines
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Prior knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage
Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
Good written and verbal communication skills
