About Us
South West Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is one of the fastest-growing home services providers in the Greater Seattle area. Now in its second year, our Electrical Division is poised for significant growth, and we are seeking a driven leader to take this budding department to the next level.
Position Overview
The Electrical Division Manager is responsible for leading a small but high-energy team of 10 electricians, apprentices, and support staff. This is a hands-on leadership role for a motivated individual who thrives in building teams, solving problems, and driving growth in both people and services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in field training, managing technicians, and working directly with customers. While electrical experience is strongly preferred, proven success in growing and leading field teams in any trade or technical service will be considered. This role is focused on expanding revenue, improving service delivery, and building the foundation for a $10MM division within two years.
