Role Description  

As a Technical Business Systems Analyst II, you will provide project collaboration and support to manage deliverables for both in-house and COTS development projects. Your responsibilities will also include bridging the gap between business and technology throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a compelling digital experience for our business customers.  You will help arm H-E-B partners with world-class business applications to thrive in their jobs. You will work across domains and serve as a connector between the digital building automation team and other technical support groups within the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring the deliverables to our customers solve for and enhance their daily operations and facility safety and efficiency.

We are looking for:  

• A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
• 2+ years of experience
• Experience in business analysis or technology (preferred)
• Experience supporting relevant business area preferred (i.e., retail, supply chain, ecommerce, or digital marketing ops)
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in retail or Manufacturing Warehousing Transportation (MWT) operations
• Exposure and familiarity with the development lifecycle, testing and quality assurance
• Working knowledge of applicable software delivery methodologies (i.e., Agile)
• Strong communication and organization skills and technical acumen
• Skilled in obtaining clear, precise, and accurate information from various stakeholders 
• Experience being a subject matter expert in your domain
• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office and knowledge of project management tools.   
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills — equally at ease speaking with teams or executives across the organization, educating others and communicating change
• Experience working in the grocery, retail, controls, or supply chain sectors with an angle on standards and customer service is a plus.  
• Excellent presentation, and customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Has command of requirements gathering, testing and training
• Demonstrates effectiveness in a fast paced, change-oriented work environment
• Ability to interact with Professional services, third party
