About the role
We're looking for a strategic and customer-obsessed Digital Product Manager – Loyalty Experience to join our team in Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of loyalty across our omnichannel ecosystem and deliver meaningful impact for millions of customers.
As the Digital Product Manager – Loyalty Experience, you’ll lead the definition, execution, and optimisation of loyalty experience initiatives across the customer journey. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate our loyalty strategy into a powerful product roadmap that drives member engagement and commercial outcomes.
