Hours: 6.5 Hours per Day, 180 Days per Year

JOB DESCRIPTION
The paraeducator in this position will give reading instruction to students in a small group intervention room and classroom. They will be responsible for carrying through prescribed instructional programs under the direct supervision and training of certificated staff using specific reading intervention curriculum. Other duties include adapting and making materials appropriate to instructional needs, maintaining accurate records, administering and scoring reading assessments, recess supervision, lunchroom supervision, and performing other paraeducator duties as assigned by the supervisor.
