Job Summary: Working Remote out of our facility in Northern Colorado, you will be responsible for the implementation of execution of turnkey projects and installations around the country.  You will be responsible for the Turnkey project managers who will be working underneath you. 

Responsibilities:

  • Train the workforce in specialty installation requirements.
  • Building a team of specialized installers for piping and equipment installation projects.
  • Assist the National Manager with the Corporate training center to develop new employees and increase skills of existing employees
  • Grow and develop New Supervisors
  • Ensure safety standards are met, and regular safety training is administered.
  • Manage QC standards and implement improvements where needed.
  • Assist in Scheduling of all turnkey projects and Installations with national manager, including manpower, tools, materials and equipment.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certified OSHA 30 certification.
  • A self-starter who is detail orientated.
  • Have a clean driving record.
  • Be able to lift #50.
  • Be able to drive a forklift truck.
  • Understand and read Blueprints and P&ID Drawings.
  • Be computer literate.
  • Able to utilize AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.

Travel: 100%

Compensation & Benefits:

The expected base salary range for this role is $120-$130 range USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
