As a Senior Planner, Regional Demand Planning, Ortho you'll analyse and manage the Smith & Nephew forecast to ensure product availability in timely, cost effective & efficient manner. Play a driving role in the S&OP process, as well as Lifecycle Management, and Inventory Management. Role will be responsible for assembling data, analysing performance, forecasting requirements, identifying risks and opportunities  and developing recommendations which support planning and operations.

What will you be doing? 

  •  36 months Rolling Demand Forecast
  • Phase in/Phase out​
  • Statistical Forecast / Parameter mgt / ASP​
  • Demand Review Meetings, Budget, Demand Variations deep dive​
  • Leading, facilitating & validating the Monthly demand Review by Country/ Franchise.​
  • Align, (Demand / Commercial / Marketing / Finance) & Submit the monthly  consensus demand plan. (Sets & Replenishment). ​
  • Identify Risk & Opportunities.​
  • Align (Cluster) priorities according to the impact

What will you need to be successful?

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Licenses/ Certifications: APICS certification is added value
  • Experience: Min 2-3 years hands on experience in SIOP, Demand, Supply Planning Roles.
  • Experience in ERP Systems (SAP, Power) or equivalent &  Planning Systems ( Rapid Response or equivalent), advanced Excel skills
