Business Systems Manager


JOB SUMMARY:

  • This role plans and implements technological service strategies within a shared services environment to support business and user needs. Acts as a major liaison with other departments to identify the business system meets the company’s needs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages team of Quality Control Pricing Analysts
  • Manages Scheduled Route Analyst

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the evaluation, selection, and implementation of business systems
  • Identifies and prioritizes the requirements to ensure the business system is effectively supported
  • Maintain the business software systems to ensure they meet the company needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, sales, marketing, IT, etc.) to ensure that business systems effectively support their requirements
  • Coordinate training for new systems and software to encourage efficient use and adoption
  • Develop appropriate processes and procedures to support the functional infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and facilitate resolution of system- related issues to minimize disruption of operations
