Hybrid Marketing Intern at Denver broncos team llc

Job Summary: The Denver Broncos Marketing Internship position provides operational and administrative support to the Denver Broncos Marketing department including supporting all marketing events & initiatives, gamedays and acting as a Broncos brand ambassador.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist marketing department with all essential tasks as requested by:

• Handling all incoming and outgoing mail from the marketing department – postage, packaging, etc.
• Order office supplies for department including items for break room
• Keep office organized, clean and professional always
• Answer main phone line for marketing department and transfer calls to appropriate Broncos staff members

Assist with all marketing initiatives and support to sponsorship including all home games by:

• Acting as Promotions Team liaison during preparation for events
• Assisting with activation set up and fulfillment
• Assisting with partner asset fulfillment
• Assisting with presentations and event recaps
• Providing support to marketing team through market research of competitive activity and industry trends

Assist Denver Broncos Foundation with select fundraising and finance-based projects and all associated reporting:

• Oversee Denver Broncos Foundation Ticket Turnover community donation program
• Assist with the annual Kickoff Luncheon fundraising event
• Oversee Denver Broncos Foundation License Plate program
• Oversee Denver Broncos Foundation Mile High Shoutout

Assist with Game Entertainment initiatives by:

• Acting as Promotions Team liaison during preparation for gamedays
• Researching best practices across sports & entertainment
• Providing support in preparation of gameday activities
• Assisting on gameday as necessary

Fulfill event and fan correspondence by:

• Sending out all general marketing correspondence to fans
• Assist with communication and booking of Stampede Drumline and other Marketing assets as assigned

Contributes to the team effort by performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• Ability to work all home Broncos games, nights/weekends and keep a flexible schedule

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this position is $18.81/hour.
