Professor Ksenia Polson, an Assistant Professor of Data Science in the Anderson College of Business and Computing, is seeking a graduate research assistant to support her ongoing research during the Spring 2025 term. The research assistant will assist with performing exploratory data analysis, descriptive statistics, and contribute to a literature review. The manuscript is currently in preparationMajor Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend and participate in meetings
- Perform EDA, descriptive statistics, and data cleaning
- Perform more advanced analyses if needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- An interest in healthcare research
- A desire to learn about trends in nursing and turn over
- A positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication and written skills

Work Schedule: Flexible but generally up to 5-6 hours per week and no more than 53 hours per semester.

Benefits-eligible for workers’ compensation and will receive 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.
