What does your job look like?  

Your role will be to design, develop, and support PowerApps and PowerBI solutions while ensuring a focus on both the needs of the business and agile software practices. You will contribute to both application development and the establishment of project management standards through tools and dashboard reporting.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy PowerApps applications to meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Integrate PowerApps with various data sources, including SharePoint, Excel, and other databases.
• Develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshoot to ensure application performance and functionality.
• Document development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Provide support and training for end-users on PowerApps and PowerBI solutions.

What you need for this role:

• Proven experience in developing applications using PowerApps and creating reports and dashboards with PowerBI.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, analysis, and visualization techniques.
• Proficiency with APIs for integrations and Jira connectivity.
• Experience integrating PowerApps and PowerBI with Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including status reporting.
• Agile frameworks knowledge and experience (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Education Level: Bachelor's degree.
• Years of Experience: 3 to 7 years.

Software and Programs:

• PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate.
• Jira.
• Microsoft Office.
