SCHEDULE

To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully. 

  • Underwrite SBA Lending Credit Reviews: Conduct thorough analyses of borrowers' financial conditions, identifying and recommending appropriate risk-rating changes.
  • Perform Financial Reviews: Evaluate required credits to ensure compliance and financial stability.
  • Analyze Repayment Ability: Assess personal cash flow to determine borrowers' repayment capabilities.
  • Review Credit Reports: Interpret personal and business credit reports to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Evaluate Collateral: Analyze various collateral types, including commercial real estate and equipment, to determine their value and suitability.
  • Analyze Real Estate Appraisals: Review and interpret real estate appraisals to ensure accurate valuation.
  • Conduct Loan File Research: Perform detailed loan file research and maintain accurate tracking reports.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks as directed to support the lending team.

Experience

One to three years of similar or related experience

 

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Managerial Responsibility

Has no supervisory/managerial responsibilities

 

Language Skills

Must have the ability to read, understand and carry out instructions in written and oral form.

Physical Demands

Ability to talk, hear, sit, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms consistently. Ability to stand, walk, kneel and crouch occasionally
