Hybrid Intern - Finance at GlobalHR

Responsibilities 

• Create visualization reports and databases across multiple platforms with PowerBI , Qliksense or other tools.  

• Develop tools to automate/streamline manual processes: 

• Automate the pulling of historical data for analysis &/or reporting.  

• Automate the monthly recharging of costs between the different entities.  

• Automate the preparation of cost price data base.  

• Automate budget preparation and financial reporting processes.  

• Assist in FP&A monthly budgeting, management reporting and long-range planning. 

• Assist in the preparation of internal audits, internal controls assessment and testing. 

• Assist in credit & collection process. 

Requirements 

• Undergraduate in Finance, Accounting, Business or relevant discipline. 

• Great understanding or passion on the usage of data analytics tool.  

• A curious and learning mindset – we provide on-the-job training. 

• Self-drive and problem-solving attitude. 

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
