Your Role at impact.com:
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll support the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy, working closely with the GTM team to optimize sales operations, analyze data, and contribute to strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Manager, GTM Analytics and Planning, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Channel Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing to help achieve Impact’s growth targets.
What You'll Do:
As a key member of the GTM Analytics and Planning team, you will contribute to a variety of initiatives and projects. Examples include:
Go-To-Market Support:
- Revenue Data Preparation: Assist in collecting and preparing data for setting revenue targets and quotas, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Budget Analysis: Help analyze GTM budgets and provide insights to optimize allocations for growth and efficiency.
- Territory Analysis: Collaborate with the team to analyze territory performance and assist in optimizing territory designs.
- Meeting Preparation: Coordinate materials and data for key strategic meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews and Pipeline Reviews.
- Data Collection and Organization: Gather data from CRM systems, marketing platforms, and other sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Performance Tracking: Prepare regular reports summarizing key revenue metrics and trends for review by senior team members and leadership.
- Data Insights: Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations to the team.
- Communication Support: Assist in creating presentations and visualizations to effectively communicate data and insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives led by the GTM Analytics and Planning Manager.
- 2+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, or similar support role.
- 1+ year of experience at a B2B SaaS Company.
- Proficiency in working with datasets and basic analytical tools to derive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other data platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
