To thrive in this role, you should be self-motivated, reliable, organized, and capable of working independently. To succeed as a team, we are accordingly looking for strong individuals with high social competencies.You will be an essential part of our team, supporting our IT Portfolio leads in various areas, including:
- Adopting the global portfolio process for finance purposes.
- Developing new reporting methods to guide and steer the finance organization.
- Creating new reports and dashboards within JIRA.
- Prepare meetings with all areas within Finance and levels of Management
- Support in driving IT portfolio-relevant projects.
- Assisting with communications.
- Supporting the AI project intake process and maintaining the AI project database.
- Optional: Assisting with smaller citizen development projects.
- Positive and “we can” attitude
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences,
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration or Information Technology
- First practice experience preferable
- Analytical skills and a strong understanding of business economics
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel, optional: Power Automate), JIRA and SAC are a plus
- Languages: German and English proficiency required
