- Negotiate with the insurance market for the best terms and conditions for our clients' insurance programs in Property and financial lines.
- Comprehensively manage placements and negotiations with both markets and our commercial segments.
- Prepare the deliverables established for business segments.
- Drafts proposal components and develop improvement initiatives in processes and negotiations that help Placement to win new business and opportunities.
- New graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years in mechanical, electronic, industrial or civil Engineering.
- Internship experience or no more than 4 years, preferably as an insurance broker or general insurance underwriting processes in Property, transportation, financial lines, etc.
- A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel (Advanced), and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Power BI
- English language fluency
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills
- Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs
- Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
