- Location: Berlin, with remote work option & flexible working hours

- Supporting early-stage DeepTech start-ups to scale breakthrough solutions with the ambition to mitigate 100Mt of CO2 by 2040 and positively impact additional environmental challenges

- Event Management: Help design, promote, organize, and run our flagship events and workshops that bring together the most exciting investors and innovators from across the world.
- Organizational: Ensure all internal and external materials and presentations are kept up to date and accessible in our data room.
- Back Office Support: Facilitate communication with tax advisors and lawyers, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of back-office operations.
- Meeting support: Prepare presentations for key meetings and handle follow-ups to ensure timely execution of action items.
- Internal Optimization: Improve and streamline our internal processes.
- Team Collaboration: Work with an entrepreneurial, visionary team; be flexible and committed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on entrepreneurship.
- Experience: Initial professional experience as an intern, working student, or in a similar setting, preferably in a start-up, VC, or consulting environment. Understanding of the VC landscape is a plus, but diverse backgrounds are welcome and will be considered for their merits.
- Competencies: Structured work method, high attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and good communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), experience with CRM software is helpful but not required. German and English language skills at C1 level.
