Hybrid Tax Specialist bei Jotun

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Manage and effectively handle internal and external requirements and standards to company’s taxation, by planning, coordinating, reporting and record required financial information, to ensure full compliance with internal, local and international regulations and timely response to authorities or other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle all taxes aspects and issues in order to make recommendations for corrective action and assist top management with decision-making.
• Ensure that all transactions and processes of payment/transfer are applicable to the standards, regulations, documentation requirements, and needs of the operation.
• Coordinate and ensure accurate and timely tax accounting, audits, and assessments with tax authorities.
• Timely preparation of tax-related financial reports and regular distribution of variance reports to support analysis and budget adherence.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or fiscal administration.
• Experience in 5 years as tax specialist or tax fields is essential
• Proficient communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Competence in knowledge of tax laws, regulations, compliance requirements, proficient in using Core Tax System and ERP system.
• Brevet A & B certificate (Brevet C is preferred)

Preferred:

• Having experience in manufacture industry.
• Having systematic approach, uses a methodical and systematic approach; plans ahead define clear priorities and allocates resources effectively
• Having constructive teamwork, co-operates well with others; shares knowledge, experience, and information; support others in the pursuit of team goals.
• Domicile and able to work at Bekasi.
