Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Capital Business Development Manager for Ireland to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing capital device sales as well as supporting existing customer base with business development opportunities and consumable growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, a proven track record of success in capital sales, and the ability to build relationships with customers and prospects.
What you’ll do:
Primary Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and prospect new business opportunities including equipment sales and installations
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence with new business capital sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry partners.
Manage negotiations, overcome objections, and leverage value proposition to achieve sales objectives.
Partner with existing accounts to identify opportunities for business growth, ensure proper clinical efficiency, introduce new product offerings, develop business plans/sales objectives and promotional offerings to achieve sales goals.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
Performs other duties as assigned
What you need to know:
Experience/Skills/Education:
Required:
High school diploma or GED required.
4+ years in business development or sales roles, with a focus on capital projects or equipment sales.
Strong understanding of account management and sales process.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to travel 75% or more to meet with clients and prospects.
Ability to attend customer events (sometimes weekends and evenings)
Desired:
Self-starter and demonstrated history of hitting the ground running
SFDC experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge/experience in aesthetic and or medical aesthetic industry
