What You’ll Do
Responsible for strategic human resource planning, leadership development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, organizational development and culture, compensation, benefits, workers compensation, employee relations, and talent management.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Personnel Management or related field or 5 years of progressively responsible personnel functions.
Bs/Ba from an accredited college/university; MBA or A/MS in human resources or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least five years of executive HR experience.
